Bail bondsmen aren’t content to just pay bail. They will also make sure that the defendant shows up to court on time and adhering to the parole rules they were provided. The bail bondsman is able to arrest an individual if the person does not adhere to the terms or conditions of bail or fails to make it to the court date.
